A master class on "Creating and Managing Products" was held at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship
Within the framework of the event, participants got acquainted with the key stages of product creation - from the idea to entering the market, mastered the methods of market research and identifying customer needs, as well as studied the principles of product positioning and value proposition formation.
Special attention was paid to product management tools and strategies, teamwork and product development planning, as well as analysis of real cases to develop practical recommendations.
