Bold steps towards the development of entrepreneurship by the Namangan regional branch
The Namangan regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship organized short-term training courses on the development of entrepreneurship "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business".
Within the framework of cooperation between the Probation Department of the Public Security Service of the Namangan regional Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Namangan regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, short-term training courses were organized throughout the regions of the region.
In order to adapt young people under probation control of the Turakurgan district Internal Affairs Department to society, ensure their employment and attract them to entrepreneurial activities, trainings were organized on February 16-20, 2026 based on the "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business" training program.
These training courses were conducted based on the main tasks and areas of activity set for the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. During the course, issues such as poverty reduction, the "mahallabay" system of work, reducing unemployment, increasing population incomes, tax incentives provided to entrepreneurs, identifying and implementing internal opportunities for developing entrepreneurship in the mahalla were covered.
Also, relevant information was provided on the development of family entrepreneurship among the population, assistance in obtaining loans and subsidies within the framework of the family entrepreneurship program and the allocation of vacant buildings and land plots in mahallas to business entities in accordance with the established procedure through the "E-Auction" trading platform. It provided necessary recommendations on various professional areas based on the interests and abilities of young people.
During the training, the participants were explained in detail the legal framework for starting a business, drawing up a business plan, forming start-up capital, properly using loans and benefits and gradually establishing their own activities.
Explanations were given on preparing young people for independent life, providing them with permanent employment, preventing them from committing repeated crimes and offenses and taking a worthy place in society.
The participants who completed the training course were tested using a test system to assess their knowledge and skills. Participants of the training courses who successfully passed the test system were awarded certificates from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
