A master class on the development and management of marketing plans was held
Listeners of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship participated in a master class on the topic "Development and management of marketing plans: from strategy to practical results" led by guest speaker Kadirov Sarvar Sabirovich.
During the meeting, the listeners received information about the stages of properly drawing up a marketing plan, methods of analyzing the market and customers, effective distribution of the marketing budget and evaluation of results based on KPI. They had the opportunity to see how the strategy turns into practical results through real business examples.
