Forum of Women Leaders in Public Service: new opportunities and prospects

Today, a forum titled "Forum of Women Leaders in Public Service: New Opportunities and Prospects," dedicated to the conclusion of the 4th season of the "School of Women Leaders" program, was held at the Hilton Hotel in Tashkent.
The forum was opened by the Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mukhitdinov Asror Akobirovich, with a speech on the participation of women in public service and increasing their leadership potential.
Also, during the event, government leaders and qualified experts spoke about current issues such as the participation of women in economic, social and political life, ensuring gender equality, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of women in the country, and the green economy, as discussed by Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan Artikova Svetlana Baymirzayevna.
Within the framework of the forum, the First Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shakhrukh Shaturgunovich Sharakhmetov, noted that substantive reports were organized on such important areas as the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev aimed at enhancing the country's image in the international arena, the system of ensuring gender equality in the state civil service, state policy to support women, and the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy.
Participants gained modern knowledge and experience in such areas as the role of women in the development of women's entrepreneurship, the green economy, the digitalization of public administration, and the effective implementation of artificial intelligence.
At the solemn ceremony, the forum participants were awarded certificates in connection with the successful completion of the training program. At this event, government leaders and representatives of the organizers highly appreciated the students' thirst for knowledge and leadership potential.
