Training courses for the first deputies of hokims were organized at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship
On the basis of Resolution No. 316 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures aimed at the exchange of experience among personnel and training in modern work methods for the comprehensive development of regions and ensuring the well-being of the population”, from December 12 to 18 of this year, training courses for the first deputies of hokims were organized at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
During the program, participants gained not only practical knowledge but also exchanged experience in regional development and management. Through meetings with heads of ministries and agencies, interactive sessions and discussions, the first deputies of hokims became familiar with modern work methods and studied ways to effectively solve pressing issues in the regions.
In addition, the training seminar was attended by: Deputy Head of Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Khodjaev, Head of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers I. Tangriev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Committee M. Mirzaev, First Deputy Minister for Poverty Reduction and Employment M. Juraev, Deputy Minister for Poverty Reduction and Employment S. Bobokulov, Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank N. Fazilov, Deputy Director of the Agency for Management of State Assets A. Miraliev, Director of the “E-auksion” platform S. Murodov, Director of JSC “Entrepreneurship Development Company” A. Makhamatov and Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sh. Ibragimova.
In particular, among the first deputies of hokims of 40 selected districts, a student of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, first deputy hokim of Mirzo Ulugbek district A. Saidaliev, upon completion of the training courses, was appointed hokim of Yunusabad district on December 17.
On December 16, test exams were conducted for the participants on the material covered. The average mastery level was 93.4%.
On December 17–18 of this year, within the framework of the implementation of the above resolution, the defense of programs prepared by the first deputies of hokims took place.
Upon completion of the program, participants were awarded certificates.
