With the aim of enhancing their knowledge and professional skills, as well as becoming closely acquainted with scientific and educational resources, the listeners of the Graduate school of business and entrepreneurship visited the National library of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the participants were introduced to the history, activities, capabilities and service types of the National Library of Uzbekistan, its rich book collection and the rules for using library resources. They also received detailed information about the library’s modern information and resource centers, electronic library system and the favorable conditions created for researchers.

As part of the guided tour, the listeners visited the National library’s book museum, exhibition areas, reading halls, catalog and card index departments, electronic catalogs, as well as special areas designated for working with national and foreign dissertations. In addition, comprehensive explanations were provided regarding remote access to library services.

At the conclusion of the visit, the listeners explored literature related to entrepreneurship, management, economics and innovation, received detailed answers to their questions from specialists and registered as permanent users of the National library of Uzbekistan.

The listeners emphasized that such educational visits play an important role in expanding scientific outlooks, developing independent research skills, and enriching theoretical knowledge with practical information sources.
