In order to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. SQ–102-V of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 18, 2025, women with leadership and managerial potential from among the employees of JSC “Uzbekneftgaz” took part in the training course titled “Modern practices and principles of corporate governance”, organized by the Graduate school of business and entrepreneurship.

Within the framework of the course, participants were provided with advanced international principles of corporate governance, the key roles and responsibilities of supervisory boards, mechanisms for strategic decision-making, as well as theoretical and practical knowledge on the effective management of enterprises with state participation. During the training sessions, special attention was paid to strengthening participants’ managerial skills through real-life examples, interactive discussions and practical case studies.

Participants who successfully completed the training course were awarded certificates in accordance with the established procedure. This training course contributes to the further development of women’s leadership potential and expands their opportunities for effective participation in the activities of enterprises with state participation, including the work of supervisory boards.
