Seminar-training on tax rates and the selection of tax regimes for newly established enterprises
At the Graduate school of business and entrepreneurship, a seminar-training titled “Proposals on the selection and application of tax regimes and tax rates for newly established enterprises” was held for MBA master’s listeners specializing in Finance, Global management and Digital economy.
The event featured presentations by B.I. Quvondiqov, Chief Inspector of the Entrepreneurship Support Services Department; F.M. Boboyev, Chief Inspector of the Large Taxpayers Service Department; as well as B.B. Alimov and T.B. Imomkulov, professors of the “Project management” Department of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
During the seminar-training, participants became familiar with various types of taxes and their rates, including value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, personal income tax, social taxes, property tax, land tax, tax for the use of water resources, excise tax, tax for the use of subsoil resources and turnover tax. In addition, practical sessions were conducted on making QR-code payments via cash registers for individual entrepreneurs and on completing tax declarations.
The participants actively took part in the question-and-answer sessions, gaining detailed explanations on tax-related issues. Throughout the training, they engaged in discussions based on real-life situations from their professional fields (case studies) and strengthened their skills related to the tax system, tax rates and reporting procedures through practical assignments.
At the conclusion of the seminar-training, the participants enhanced their knowledge and practical skills in the field of taxation and gained experience in applying them to real-life situations. Such interactive training sessions enable participants to reinforce theoretical knowledge through practice, learn innovative approaches and develop managerial competencies.
