A training course on “Lean Production System in Industrial Manufacturing” was held
The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers, in cooperation with Mr. Uwe Gordon, an expert from Germany’s Senior Experten Service (SES), successfully conducted an intensive training course dedicated to modern lean production methods and tools.
The purpose of the program was to enhance the professional competencies of managers and specialists of industrial enterprises who are introducing Lean approaches and striving to improve the efficiency of production processes.
During the three-day course, participants studied the following modules:
Lean: Fundamentals and MindsetLean principles and philosophy, elements of the Toyota Production System, and differences between Lean and traditional approaches.
Industry Case StudiesSuccessful Lean practices based on the experience of Bosch companies and their methodological solutions.
Lean Tools and MethodsThe PDCA cycle, the RADAR method, the 5S system, as well as elements of the Bosch Production System.
Problem-Solving MethodsThe 8D methodology, the Ishikawa diagram, the “5 Why” technique, and the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method.
Group Practical WorkA team-based solution of a practical Lean Management case, developing proposals for process optimization, and delivering final presentations.
At the end of the training course, participants were awarded certificates. Photos of the event have been posted in the official gallery.
The successful completion of this course made a significant contribution to the development of lean management culture in the industrial sector, as well as to strengthening cooperation between the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship and SES experts.
