A representative of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and an expert from the international organization Senior Experten Service (SES), Uwe Gordon, visited Enter Steel company.

During the visit, the expert familiarized himself with the company’s production facilities, technological processes and current standards for organizing labor. After the introductory part of the visit, Uwe Gordon conducted a master class on “Lean Manufacturing”.

During the master class, the expert presented international practices aimed at increasing production efficiency, minimizing losses, standardizing work processes and improving product quality indicators.

Participants had the opportunity to get answers to all their questions related to document management, engineering, process control, production flow management and enhancing overall production culture.

The expert particularly highlighted the high potential of Enter Steel. In addition, practical recommendations were provided based on European experience and global Lean standards for the systematic development of production culture.
