A meeting was held within the framework of cooperation between the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex on the subject “Strategic and Operations Management”
As part of the cooperation between the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC), a meeting was organized for the MBA – Global Management master’s program students.
The event was attended by professors and instructors of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, as well as leading representatives of AMMC, including the Head of the Department for “Strategy and Operational Efficiency Improvement” B. Siddiqjonov and the Head of the “Sustainable Development (ESG)” Department R. Axmedov.
During the meeting, detailed information was presented on continuous technological processes—from the initial stages of ore extraction to metal processing—along with production capacities, export indicators and the company’s position in the global market.
In addition, information was provided on the plant’s international cooperation projects with major industrial enterprises, initiatives to introduce advanced technologies, strategies for developing new deposits and diversifying production, as well as ongoing efforts in environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
This meeting served to strengthen bilateral cooperation and enhance the practical knowledge of the students.
