On January 6, 2025, a meeting was held at the Graduate School of Business with a delegation from the UiTM led by Professor Firdaus Abdullah, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management. 

During the meeting representatives from the Graduate School of Business and UiTM discussed prospects of joint cooperation in the field of business education, including enhancement of master’s degree programs based on the experience of Malaysian university, development of innovative entrepreneurship and organization of joint educational courses and business events featuring leading professors and experts from UiTM at the Graduate School of Business. 

As a result of the meeting both parties initiated future directions for collaboration based on a Memorandum of Understanding, symbolizing the beginning of cooperation between these two prestigious educational institutions and opening new opportunities for implementing joint initiatives. 

This partnership is expected to further enhance mutual cooperation in the field of business education and develop entrepreneurial skills for students at the Graduate School of Business and UiTM, which will, in turn, strengthen ties between two institutions and expand international cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia. 

The collaboration between the parties will involve close cooperation in innovative entrepreneurship, organization of joint academic courses, active engagement in research within business sectors, as well as the involvement of professors and experts from both sides in international business events held in Malaysia and Uzbekistan.
