At the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, a series of open classes, master classes and training seminars were organized for Master's programme participants with the participation of an international expert and successful entrepreneurs.

During an open class led by international expert Nikolay Butvin, participants discussed project management, risk assessment, financial resource planning and effective managerial decision-making. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of project management based on the experience of international companies.

As part of a master class organized jointly with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Umidjon Turgunov, responsible for implementing the Kaizen system at Safia Cafe and Bakery, delivered a session. Drawing on the company's experience, the master class explored the Kaizen philosophy, continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency and cost reduction methods.

At a training seminar featuring Umid Irgashev, founder of Feed Up, participants gained insights into the practical experience of establishing and developing a business, as well as managing a restaurant chain.

These events helped enrich participants' theoretical knowledge with practical experience, introduce them to modern management approaches and strengthen their professional competencies.
