During the latest visit of a delegation from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship to the United States, led by Deputy Director Bakhrom Kholbayev, agreements were reached with Rutgers University on cooperation in a number of areas.

The agreements cover the development and implementation of an Executive MBA (EMBA) program for senior executives, the organization of short-term educational courses, the development of faculty and student exchange programs, as well as other joint academic initiatives. The partnership is aimed at expanding opportunities for participants and faculty members to exchange international experience, explore modern management approaches, and strengthen practical knowledge and skills.

The agreements reached were formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding. The document was signed by Bakhrom Kholbayev, Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship; Keena Arbuthnot, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at Rutgers University; Pamela Scott-Johnson, Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor of Rutgers University–Newark; Lei Lei, Dean of Rutgers Business School; and Francine Conway, Chancellor of Rutgers University–New Brunswick.

The visit was organized as part of a project to develop an EMBA program, implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan and American Councils.
