Master’s Students in Project Management Visit the Safia Cafe & Bakery Confectionery Factory

With the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Master’s students specializing in Project Management at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship visited the Safia Cafe & Bakery confectionery factory.

During the visit, the participants learned about the company’s history, production processes and technological production lines. They also gained insights into product quality control, production organization, resource utilization and finished product delivery processes.

Through the example of the company’s operations, the participants had an opportunity to observe how production processes are managed and coordinated, how planning is carried out, and to understand the practical importance of effective management decisions.

Such visits help connect theoretical knowledge gained through the Master’s programme with real-world production experience and strengthen the participants’ professional competencies.

We express our gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Safia Cafe & Bakery for organizing the visit and providing the participants with an opportunity to take part in this practical learning experience.
