A Practical Seminar Was Held on “E-Commerce: Opportunities for Business Development through Wildberries and Uzum Market”

On September 23, 2026, a practical seminar on “E-Commerce: Opportunities for Business Development through Wildberries and Uzum Market” was held at Navoi Innovation University. The event was organized on the initiative of the Navoi Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Around 100 participants, including students interested in e-commerce and online trade, took part in the event.
The main objective of the event was to provide participants with practical information on modern e-commerce opportunities, mechanisms for selling goods and services through marketplaces, organizing online sales and methods for effectively using digital platforms to grow a business.
During the seminar, participants learned about the specifics of launching a business on the Wildberries and Uzum Market platforms, listing products for online sales, expanding the customer base and managing sales processes using digital tools.
Particular attention was paid to such aspects as working as a seller on a marketplace, listing products through the seller’s personal account, creating product cards, pricing, order management and analyzing sales performance.
In addition, the seminar covered issues related to attracting customers in e-commerce, effectively presenting products online, using high-quality photographs and descriptions, applying digital marketing tools and regularly analyzing sales performance.
Participants also became familiar with the principles of operation of the electronic auction trading platform, the opportunities provided by e-commerce and the importance of digital trading platforms for business entities.
During the seminar, participants asked questions of interest to them and received detailed answers from experts in e-commerce and online trade.
The event also provided an opportunity to exchange views and suggestions on the development of e-commerce, training the population and entrepreneurs to use modern online trading tools and making effective use of the opportunities offered by the digital economy.
Following the seminar, participants gained practical knowledge and skills necessary for launching and developing a business in e-commerce, working with marketplaces, selling products online, and effectively using digital sales tools.
The event became one of the practical steps aimed at enhancing the digital skills of business entities in Navoi Region, expanding the use of e-commerce, and supporting the development of entrepreneurial activities through modern trading platforms.
