On August 25 this year, the Namangan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship organized a roundtable discussion on the topic “Opportunities to Support Small and Medium-Sized Businesses through E-Commerce in Uzbekistan.”

The event brought together entrepreneurs operating in various sectors of the region, as well as members of the public interested in developing their own businesses in the field of e-commerce.

During the meeting, participants received practical guidance on selling products through the international e-commerce platform “Wildberries,” opening a personal account, registering products, creating product listings, and using logistics and payment systems.

In addition, practical sessions were held on bringing local products to broader markets through e-commerce platforms, effectively organizing online sales and utilizing digital marketing opportunities.

During the meeting, participants shared their suggestions and views on improving digital literacy, bringing product quality and packaging into line with international requirements, strengthening financial support mechanisms for small businesses and organizing additional practical training sessions in the districts.

At the conclusion of the roundtable, participants received answers from specialists to their questions and obtained the necessary information on using the platform.

The roundtable contributed to enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills in e-commerce and marketplace operations, promoting local products in new markets, and more widely introducing modern business approaches.
