A roundtable discussion on the topic “Developing Entrepreneurial Skills” was held at the Lingviston Hotel in Bostanliq district, organized by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship with the participation of 300 women from Tashkent city and Andijan region. The main objective of the event was to enhance women’s knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship, encourage them to pursue and implement business initiatives and support their economic activity.

During the roundtable, participants received practical information on the key steps involved in starting a business, developing and implementing business ideas, assessing market demand, preparing business plans, financial planning, as well as opportunities for self-employment. Particular attention was paid to the effective use of available opportunities and the creation of sustainable sources of income, taking into account that the majority of participants were included in the “Women’s Notebook” social support register.

The event was conducted in an open dialogue and discussion format, providing participants with an opportunity to ask specialists questions of interest and receive practical recommendations and explanations on starting and developing entrepreneurial activities. Participants were also introduced to the activities of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship aimed at developing knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, increasing the economic activity of the population, and strengthening modern business management competencies.

The event served as an important practical step towards encouraging greater participation of women in entrepreneurship, strengthening their economic independence, supporting employment and promoting initiatives aimed at creating new sources of income. Educational and practical events organized by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship contribute to developing women’s entrepreneurial potential, supporting their business initiatives and further enhancing their economic activity.
