A practical meeting was held in the Yozyovon district of the Fergana region for women interested in starting their own businesses. The event was organized at the initiative of the Fergana Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The main objective of the meeting was to encourage women to engage in entrepreneurial activities, support the development of new business ideas and provide practical guidance and the necessary support for their further implementation.

During the meeting, specialists from the Fergana Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship provided detailed information on the key stages of establishing and effectively developing a business. Particular attention was paid to developing and evaluating business ideas, studying market demand, identifying target audiences, analyzing the competitive environment and preparing a well-founded business plan.

A separate session focused on improving financial literacy, effective planning of income and expenses, rational use of financial resources and the legal aspects of conducting business activities. Participants were also provided with information on existing support measures, available opportunities and instruments that can be used to launch and develop their own businesses.

Through practical sessions and open discussions, participants had the opportunity to receive answers from specialists to questions of interest to them. This format not only helped expand their knowledge of entrepreneurship but also provided them with practical skills necessary for effective business planning and the consistent implementation of their own entrepreneurial initiatives.

The meeting demonstrated a high level of interest among women in developing entrepreneurial initiatives. Participants discussed with specialists the prospects for implementing their business ideas, opportunities to create new jobs and expand sources of income and received individual recommendations on their next steps.
